HOW TO BE A MEMBER?

•Any individual, 18 years of age (whether holders of St. Francis Square Discount Card or not)
may qualify to own a St. Francis Great Buys Card by accomplishing an application form avail
able at any Customer Service counters of any participating establishments. Simply pay php
50.00.
•To get it FREE, applicants may present purchase receipts worth Php1000.00 single or accumu
lated, cash or charge transactions within a three-month period.
•Applicants between 12-17 years old can still join by obtaining parental consent on the space
provided in the form.
•Submit the duly filled-up application forms to claim your permanent and personalized
St. Francis Square Great Buys Card right away at the Redemption Booth of St. Francis Square
Department Store.
•Membership is valid for two (2) years from date of application
